OVERVIEW ASR's Finance organization seeks a talented aspiring business leader to serve as a Finance business partner to ASR's Global Supply Chain leadership. The role will perform, direct and present accurate internal financial reporting to senior ASR leadership including the Global CFO, Global COO, and the VP Global Supply Chain. Additionally, the Manager, FP&A will lead ad-hoc analyses aimed at improving the efficiency and sustainability of ASR operations while supporting some of the business's most critical decisions. This position is a key part of the talent pool development for the ASR Finance organization. This is an ideal role for an ambitious and motivated finance professional who wishes to deepen their understanding of consumer products and manufacturing, while contributing to a leading global business and growing their career. As a strong believer in personal development, ASR has previously sponsored employees at this level to complete certifications in Lean Six Sigma, financial planning platforms (e.g., SAP, SAC), financial certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA) and for top performers, MBAs.
