OverviewAs an Senior Account Executive (AE) in Microsoft Advertising, candidate will drive search and audience ads revenue with Detroit-based automotive manufacturers, as well as grow senior agency and direct client relationships. Candidate will build and execute short-, medium- and long-term strategic growth plans. This opportunity will allow you to grow as a strategic seller, grow relationships in the Detroit advertising industry and develop critical AI skills. This position requires 4 days per week in office (client engagements count as in office).As an Senior Account Executive (AE) in Microsoft Advertising, you will enable Microsoft to better serve strategic customers by applying customer obsession to what clients care about and need, ensuring our Microsoft Advertising story is valued and understood, and acting to build successful, long-term relationships. You will develop and maintain solid customer relationships anchored on connections with C-level executives and Business and Technical Decision Makers in customers' organizations. You will also develop quality customer plans, laying out revenue and growth strategies for customer satisfaction. Your success is measured by specific success indicators focused on driving adoption, emphasizing customer experience and optimizing opportunities. This opportunity will allow you to execute with excellence to drive client success and business as well as drive both revenue and customer satisfaction across MSA's performance solutions. ResponsibilitiesYou will develop, lead and execute MSA sales strategy & priorities to enable client growth of existing and new products. Purposefully positions outcomes within the context of the client's digital marketing journey from current to future state.You will work to influence CMO and Chief Digital Marketing Stakeholders through Relationship Building as a compelling storyteller, leading with emotional intelligence, communicating with confidence and by effectively listening to identify clients' end to end needs.You will lead Sales planning with the Account v-team including achieving sales targets and increasing existing budgets while also opening new share of wallet opportunities with Audience ads and other incubations products and ensure shared accountability for sales targets with the v-team. Works in partnership with v-team to bring the best resources to ensure deal success.You will expand the client's view of the importance of MSA products and concede negotiables in an order that ensures both parties feel they are winning. Effectively maintains good working relationships with those involved in negotiation; persuading others without using manipulation and maintaining a positive atmosphere during difficult objections & negotiations.You will lead the update of pipeline reviewing top new opportunities, identifying roadblocks, and ensures the right resources are engaged to overcome client objections.You will execute sales per expectations against pipeline, new client, and opportunity management goals per the MSA Solution Selling process for new deals, driving for client verifiable outcomes at each stage.Other Responsibilties:Embody ourcultureandvalues |
