POSITION SUMMARY The Practice Operations Manager-Corporate plays a key role in supporting the daily financial and operational performance of the Firm's practice groups. This includes monitoring key financial metrics; support for business planning; and partnering with stakeholders to improve matter profitability and operational efficiency. The POM also supports personnel-related initiatives in consultation with the DPO and Talent Team, including lateral integration, partnership promotion process, staffing, and timekeeper utilization management. Reporting to the Director of Practice Operations (Corporate), the MPO serves as a strategic liaison between attorneys and administrative teams, helping to develop and execute practice group business plans, drive innovation through technology, and advance the Firm's strategic priorities at the practice level. SALARY Illinois based applicants only: The target annual salary range for this role is currently $160,000 - $190,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. Total compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus. New York based applicants only: The target annual salary range for this role is currently $170,000 - $200,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. Total compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus.
