The Assembler II will join our dynamic team in our Salem, NH location.



Responsibilities:



  • Install, and assemble components of fiber-optic medical products
  • Operate manufacturing welding, testing, and packaging equipment
  • Wear appropriate cleanroom attire, work in a controlled manufacturing area requiring coats, hair and beard nets, gloves, and booties
  • Use generic cleaning liquids such as isopropanol alcohol
  • Maintain cleanliness of work and common areas
  • Cross train in production process or area as assigned by the Supervisor
  • Meet assigned production metrics as defined by the Supervisor
  • Perform basic setup and troubleshooting of equipment as needed
  • Train other Assemblers as assigned
  • Perform any and all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements

Pay Range:


The pay range on this posting applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location posted, the applicable range could differ. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.



Other Compensation: Employees in this role are eligible for additional rewards which could include:



  • Annual Discretionary Bonus or Sales Bonus as Applicable
  • Equity awards as applicable (include for positions that are equity eligible)
