Job Summary We are currently hiring an IHT Drivers Compliance Specialist for our Drivers team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure candidates are following all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including DOT and FMCSA standards, client requirements, as well as company policies. This role coordinates the preparation, review, and completion of regulatory and compliance documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. It also ensures we maintain our organizational reputation with our clients and adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Essential Duties
