Adobe Inc.
United States, California, San Jose
Mar 17, 2026

About ACPC

Adobe Cloud Platforms & Collaboration (ACPC) powers collaboration, content management, and cross-product experiences across Adobe's ecosystem. We serve 225M+ monthly active users through cloud documents, real-time collaboration, Projects, Brands, and enterprise storage across the Adobe product suite. As creative tools become AI-native, we're evolving to enable seamless workflows between agentic AI platforms and Adobe's collaboration infrastructure.

About the Role

We're hiring a Principal Product Manager to shape how AI-powered creative workflows integrate with Adobe's collaboration platform. You'll work on two critical areas: (1) enabling third-party AI integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft) that unlock Adobe content and collaboration capabilities, and (2) building the next-generation workflow solutions that make our platform - Projects, Brands, collaboration, and storage - essential for teams doing AI-assisted creative work.

This is 0-to-1 work in a rapidly evolving space. You'll define what ACPC capabilities to expose to AI platforms while reimagining collaboration patterns for the generative AI era. Over time, workflow innovation becomes your primary focus as we build "collaboration for the AI age."

Responsibilities:

Drive AI Platform Integrations:

  • Define integration strategy for third-party AI platforms accessing Adobe content, collaboration, and brand systems

  • Partner with engineering to design APIs and integration patterns that balance rapid experimentation with enterprise security and performance

  • Work with platform teams at OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft, and Google to shape integration opportunities

Build Next-Gen Collaboration Workflows:

  • Identify how Projects, Brands, and collaboration need to evolve for AI-native creative work

  • Design and ship workflow innovations for teams producing AI-generated content at scale

  • Partner with app teams (Firefly, Express, Photoshop, Acrobat, GenStudio) to unlock their product strategies and drive roadmap prioritization across multiple workstreams

Skills needed:

  • Have 8+ years in product management with experience in platforms, APIs, developer tools, or collaboration infrastructure

  • Have a track record of 0-to-1 product development in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

  • Understand AI platforms (LLM APIs, agent architectures) and creative workflows: you bridge technical capabilities with user needs

  • Excel at cross-functional leadership with strong consultative skills and stakeholder management

  • Bring an outcome-focused PM philosophy: you own business outcomes, not just feature delivery

  • Knowledge of creative professional workflows or enterprise content supply chains (Adobe products is a plus)
