Job Summary Join our team as a Contingent Workforce Analyst and play a key role in managing West Bend's contingent workforce program. In this role, you'll guide managers through the non-employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and streamline vendor relationships. You'll also help shape policies, improve processes, and provide reporting that supports smarter, more efficient workforce decisions. Work Location This position offers both remote and hybrid work locations. Candidates who reside within 50 miles of an office location (West Bend, Madison, Appleton) will be offered a hybrid work schedule. Candidates who are fully remote (beyond 50 miles) may occasionally be asked to travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and corporate events. Responsibilities & Qualifications Summary of Responsibilities The Contingent Workforce Analyst will be responsible for the administration and compliance of our non-employee lifecycle to support West Bend's contingent workforce program. As the primary point of contact for managers across the organization, this role provides operational guidance while ensuring compliance with both internal policies and external regulations. In addition to day-to-day execution, the role will be responsible for developing and maintaining policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance frameworks to reduce risk and ensure audit readiness. The role collaborates closely with HR, Vendor Management, Legal, IT, and other internal teams to ensure the contingent workforce program is streamlined, scalable, and aligned with organizational standards. Collaborate with business partners on key sourcing initiatives to achieve best value within acceptable risk.
Preferred Experience and Skills
INDSP #LI-BW1 Salary Statement The salary range for this position is $67,000-$92,000. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
