Position: Property ManagerII Location Address: Work Type: Full - Time, 40 hours including benefits # of Openings: 1 As a Property Manager , you'll play a hands-on role in keeping affordable housing communities running smoothly, ensuring compliance, and fostering a welcoming environment. You'll manage daily operations, coordinate maintenance and vendors, and assist with financial tracking to stay on budget. Working closely with a Regional Portfolio Leader, you'll be the go-to problem solver for residents and property needs, balancing administrative duties with community engagement. Your efforts will help keep our communities safe, well-maintained, and places residents are proud to call home. Where You'll Work: You'll oversee three senior housing communities in Manhattan, KS - Colorado Plaza, Garden Grove, and Garden Grove II. These income-based, affordable communities serve residents ages 55+ and 62+, offering accessible studio and one-bedroom apartment homes. Each community features on-site management, supportive services, and engaging activities designed to foster connection and enhance quality of life. Together, they provide safe, affordable, and welcoming homes for older adults in the Manhattan area. What You'll Own:
