POSITION OVERVIEW dormakaba is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II based in its Reamstown, PA manufacturing facility. Manufacturing Engineer II is responsible for optimizing CNC machining processes, reducing cycle times, and driving continuous improvement through lean manufacturing principles. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process reliability, reduce downtime, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). The Manufacturing Engineer II will lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across machining and assembly operations by implementing SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Dies) techniques to reduce changeover times. They will design and optimize fixturing solutions to improve part stability and throughput and provide hands-on production line support to resolve process bottlenecks and technical issues. HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $90,000 - $105,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
