Join us to start Caring. Connecting. Growing together. Under general supervision, provides functional and technical support for the schedule templates within Epic. Serves as a liaison between service line operations and IT, to coordinate and help improve access and capacity for each service line. Gathers and compiles information and reports from multiple systems and departments to identify access barriers related to templates and Epic decision trees, while optimizing the use of other Epic functionality, specifically related to Cadence/scheduling/access. Understands and assist with a wide range of duties pertaining to building provider's scheduling templates and performs in-depth analysis of template management workflows and auditing to support the governance of template features in an outpatient setting. Responsible for oversight and implementation of template modifications and scheduling operations. Processes information and maintains reports. Prepares and creates written documentation for all changes to systems. Serves as first line of support to users in the Service Line, provides education and ongoing communication. Performs access analysis and considers the business implications of the application of Cadence and template updates to the current business environment. Understands and assists with creating and building workflows within area of focus as well as any overlapping processes. Functions as a high-level individual contributor and acts as internal consultant providing technical guidance and leadership. Works with little supervision performing assignments that are broad in nature, usually requiring originality and ingenuity, with appreciable latitude for un-reviewed action or decision-making. Able to handle complex issues and assignments. Serves as an internal resource and consultant on issues that require the evaluation and consideration of multiple courses of action. The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.41 to $41.83 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
