Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to unlock the next level of growth for ProGreen!

In this role, you'll report to the VP of Sales, work closely with the President, and support ProGreen locations nationwide. You'll directly drive sales by engaging with HOAs, community managers, and industry customers, while also strengthening operations through lead management, order coordination, and marketing support.

The ideal candidate is personable, highly curious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll bring sales and account management experience, organizational strength, and the ability to create meaningful customer interactions. If you enjoy wearing multiple hats, asking the right questions, and helping a company grow, you'll fit right in.

This is a full-time, in-person position at ProGreen's corporate headquarters in Daniel Island, SC.

Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement



  • Support the National Sales Account Manager in driving corporate business.
  • Handle inbound leads and customer calls, qualifying prospects and providing solutions.
  • Conduct outbound calls to industry customers, their partners, and HOA/community prospects.
  • Assist with entering online customer orders and maintaining accurate sales information.
  • Support HOA and community sales opportunities with tailored outreach and relationship-building.


Marketing & Materials Development



  • Become an expert on ProGreen products to recommend the right solutions.
  • Prepare and ship samples, proposals, and marketing materials to customers and ProGreen locations.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing tools that resonate with HOA decision-makers.
  • Support online sales campaigns and other marketing initiatives.


Operational & Administrative Support



  • Place purchase orders for company materials for both corporate and ProGreen locations.
  • Work with ProGreen locations to ensure inventory needs are met.
  • Provide basic accounting support as needed.
  • Track sales pipeline activity and assist with reporting.

Qualifications



  • Associate's degree in a related field (business or marketing preferred), or equivalent years of experience.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer support.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
