POSITION SUMMARY

The Retail Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for assisting the retail team in daily replenishment, processing, and storing of retail inventory. This position will require extraordinary attention to detail, as this is a must to maintain an accurate inventory. The warehouse coordinator will work with the Inventory Manager and Retail Buyer to ensure ample inventory levels of fast-moving items. This a full-time seasonal position, compensated at $20.00/hour.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Work closely with Inventory Supervisor, Receiving Supervisor, Buyer, and retail staff to assure correct handling of all products coming in & out of the Warehouse
  • Accept UPS, FedEx and freight deliveries, assist in off-loading and logging in
  • Receive product on pack slips & purchase orders according to established procedures
  • Ticket product following established procedures
  • Deliver merchandise to correct locations
  • Run daily replenishment reports, pick inventory, complete transfers and deliver inventory to correct location
  • Work on inventory management computer system
  • Follow daily opening & closing procedures for your location
  • Housekeeping as necessary
  • Participate in all retail/rental & corporate training programs
  • Know the product and services offered in Retail/Rental locations and the Resort as a whole
  • Additional duties as assigned


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education:
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent, required


Experience:
  • Previous retail or warehouse experience, preferred


QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • Valid driver's license, able to drive a standard shift vehicle
  • Computer literate
  • Strong communication skills


PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

This position requires you to work weekends and holidays.
