Super Micro Computer, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end process of onsite server rack installations at customer data centers. In this critical role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Field Application Engineers, Design Engineers, and Operations, to ensure the seamless execution of technical design proposals tailored to customer requirements. Your expertise in data center infrastructure, coupled with your exceptional project management skills, will drive the successful deployment of server racks while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. * Bachelor or Master's degree in Civil Engineering/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or program management, with a significant portion of that experience dedicated to onsite server rack installations at customer data centers Please note that this position requires regular in-office attendance. The successful candidate is expected to be present in the office during standard working hours as determined by the company. In-office collaboration and participation in team meetings, training sessions, and other on-site activities are essential aspects of this role. Candidates should consider the commuting distance and be prepared to fulfill their responsibilities in the designated office location. Salary Range
$70,000 - $148,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs. EEO Statement
