Landmark of Fridley, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Sales/Marketing Director to join our growing team! Landmark of Fridley Senior Living is in Fridley, MN, located right off Central Ave and Mississippi Street, at the former home of Sandee's Restaurant. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 69-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Landmark of Fridley is a growing community with a fun, caring, and passionate team. Join our team today We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to join our team at a stabilized community with consistently high occupancy. This is an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded professional who thrives on building relationships, strengthening community connections, and maintaining strong brand visibility. Unlike positions focused primarily on filling vacancies, this role allows you to leverage your skills in outreach, engagement, and strategic relationship-building. You'll have the chance to focus on creating meaningful connections with referral partners, families, and the broader community, ensuring our reputation remains strong and our occupancy remains healthy. Schedule: Monday- Friday, Weekend Manager on Duty and Holiday Rotation Required. Wage: $70,000-$80,000 annually, depending on experience. Are you compassionate towards others? In this position you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing the community marketing plan to increase revenue. Additionally, this position requires ongoing evaluation of current practice and procedure within the marketing department and the discretion to make improvements as needed. Duties include:
