We want you to join our team! 2026 Program Information Duquesne Light Company offers summer internships that provide a hands-on, meaningful employment opportunity in a supportive setting that cultivates learning and collaboration. Duquesne Light's internship program will provide you with a valuable experience and a solid start to your career in various disciplines.
The Innovation, New Products & Services Intern will learn and help the team identify and prioritize the appropriate products and services to bring to market; support the development of an innovation pipeline for internal customers, support go-to-market strategy for external products, and ultimately learn/partner with Innovation, New Products & Services team to ensure that the company is serving the needs of our external and internal customers through the products and services provided. Education/Experience: Applicants must be currently enrolled in a Master's program with a major of Design/UX, Digital Marketing, Data Science, Behavioral Science, Engineering, Public Policy, or Digital Business and Informational Design. Skills/Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. Hybrid Work: All internships follow our hybrid work model, with a minimum of two days working in the office and the remaining days working remotely. Interns must be in the immediate Pittsburgh area for the summer. Reporting location and frequency may be subject to change based on job role and department needs. Other: Applicants must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and social media screen.
