Unit Coordinator - ICU/CCU Job Ref: 32818 Category: Clerical & Administrative Support Location: 133 Old Road to Nine Acre Corner, Concord, MA 01742 Department: ICU/CCU Schedule: Per Diem Shift: Day shift Hours: 7-7p Pay Range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Job Summary Reporting to the Nursing Director, responsible for overall unit activity and efficiency and providing secretarial/clerical support to the department. Interacts with physicians, staff, and pre-hospital personnel as well as patients and their family or significant others. Minimum Qualifications o High school graduate required. o Secretarial or business coursework preferred. o Medical terminology coursework preferred. o Previous secretarial experience with demonstrated computer and word processing skills required. o Previous Meditech experience preferred. o Not required o Excellent customer service skills. o Interpersonal skills. o Telephone manners o Organizational skills. o Data entry skills. o Computer skills. o Must have the ability to multitask. o Ability to read, write and communicate in English. o Ability to maintain confidential information.
