As a Security Professional - Warehouse Patrol - Morning Shift in Beaumont, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in helping to maintain a secure and welcoming environment within a dynamic retail or mall location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. You will be a key point of contact, responding promptly to incidents and communicating clearly with team members and the public. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the retail or mall environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Work closely with location staff and the public to answer questions and provide assistance as needed.
• Document and communicate any incidents or security-related matters in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist with access control duties, monitoring entrances and exits as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
