Accountable for building and creating the category plan and managing the plan closely with leadership. Accountable for all scope for High Voltage, High/Medium Voltage Transformers, Protection & Control and Onsite Generation categories. Manages multiple and complex categories with cross-functional and regionally diverse teams up to executive staff. May participate in the development of the business strategy while impacting business direction through the development of innovative strategies or services. Accountable for building, creating and managing the category plan(s) for HV scope and affiliated product lines. Responsible for proactive communications to leadership regarding plan(s) performance and collaborating closely regarding SWOT areas. Lead both regional and global category management functions.  The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are: United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 177,000 - 265,000 USD / Annual Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 174,000 - 262,000 CAD / Annual Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
