The OD & L Coordinator provides administrative and communications support for learning, enculturation, orientation programs, coaching efforts, and organization development engagements. Beyond these areas, this position also engages in supporting department operations related to budgeting, resource tracking and communications related to enterprise-wide services and projects.



Responsibilities

New Employee and New Manager Orientation Programs

    Provide administrative and communications support for the NEO/NMO Programs, including data management and registration processes.
  • Provide facilitation and production support throughout the year on a regular basis.

Learning & Development

  • Create marketing materials and provide communications support for all learning programs. Track impact of marketing efforts and recommend adjustments to meet team goals.
  • Provide production support for all virtual learning programs as needed.
  • May become involved in facilitating courses. (ex: Crucial Conversations).

Coaching

  • Work in the contracting system, setting up consulting agreements and SOWs. Collaborate with departments across the organization as they establish Purchase Orders. Communicate with outside consultants regarding invoicing and payments.

Administration Related to Overall Departmental Functions (Budgeting, Web, Communications)

  • Support the preparation of the annual budget, reconcile credit card purchases, monitor expenses, and pull monthly reports.
  • Manage web pages for the overall department, creating page content based on established design principles. Track usage data of web properties and recommend redesign as needed.
  • Manage communication channels for the department including the main HR Learning email inbox and channels related to enterprise-wide projects such as performance appraisals and recognition programs.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support related to scheduling meetings, rooms (Training Room), catering and events.
  • Help support communication for Hutch-wide projects.
  • Survey Monkey support to both the learning and OD practices.
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School/GED
  • Minimum of 4 years working in an administrative capacity which involved elevated levels of internal customer contact
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a collaborative team
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of internal customer service skills
  • Excellent public speaking skills
  • Detail orientation
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and escalate conflicts related to priorities if needed
  • Ability to meet deadlines and escalate when needed
  • Mastery of Windows 365 tools, basic knowledge of LMS software

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Work in a learning, HR or OD department

The hourly pay range for this position is from $29.19 to $41.56 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
