Job Summary: As a member of the Marketing team, the Product Manager is responsible for helping to lead the product portfolio, managing the product lifecycle, and driving new product launches for one or multiple medical technology products. Serving as the voice of the customer, the Product Manager works closely with Engineering teams to launch new products, focusing on product messaging to the Sales team and the customers' purchasing process. The Product Manager also maintains existing products by prioritizing product enhancements and communicating them to Engineering, as well as updating collateral based on market needs or new marketing campaigns. This role is critical in driving product adoption, market growth, and positioning Masimo as a leader in the medical technology industry. Duties & Responsibilities:

Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $136,000 - $166,000 plus benefits. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience. This position also qualifies for up to 10% annual bonus based on Company, department, and individual performance. Physical requirements/Work EnvironmentThis position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Some travel is necessary.
