Position Summary:
The eStore Common App Product Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the quality, functionality, and user experience of the eStore Common Application and its associated website integrations. This role bridges the gap between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences that drive performance and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance & Testing:
    Lead and support QA, UAT, and CIT testing efforts for the eStore Common App and related web integrations. Ensure all features and updates meet functional requirements and deliver a consistent, high-quality user experience across platforms and devices.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Partner with internal teams and external vendors to understand system workflows, user behavior, and integration points. Identify areas for optimization and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Test Planning & Execution:
    Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios to validate new features, bug fixes, and system enhancements. Document findings and ensure timely resolution of issues.

  • Data Analysis & Insights:
    Analyze testing outcomes and user interaction data to identify trends, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance system functionality and user engagement.

  • Implementation Support:
    Coordinate testing cycles and deployment activities. Maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and release notes to support successful implementation of updates and enhancements.

  • Operational Support:
    Manage and prioritize daily support requests from internal teams. Monitor progress of support tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in QA, UAT, or CIT testing within digital platforms or eCommerce environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Familiarity with testing tools, ticketing systems, and agile methodologies is a plus.
Position Title: Product Analyst - Digital Channels and Payments
Business Unit: Retail Operations
Reports To: Manager of Digital Channels and Payments

Position Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for supporting the development and implementation of digital channels and payments strategies for the Bank including assisting with the management of online banking, mobile banking, online bill paying and debit card services. Assists with product management including analyzing existing product performance and developing and improving our product offerings to meet market demand while enhancing our competitive advantage and profitability.

Primary Responsibilities:
Supports the selection, design, development and promotion of digital experiences.
Completes basic analysis of digital experience, market trends and third party requirements as necessary, in support of the development of new and existing digital experiences. May help in the development of a business case, business plan and roll-out of experiences.
Assists in efforts to increase the penetration and usage of digital banking channels to attract new customers and retain existing clients.
Helps to locate and evaluate new vendors including assisting in the negotiation and administration of contracts for the provision of products and services to support the digital banking strategy.
Executes customer focused quality assessments and improvement processes. As part of the first line of defense, supports risk management, compliance and audit needs as necessary.
Assists with the development of appropriate training materials for front line staff to ensure adequate product knowledge for client sales and support including performing training as needed.
Develops and maintains business reporting capabilities. Monitors business results of recently introduced or existing digital experiences, coordinates reporting and may recommend modifications to improve results.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
