Function:

Finance & Accounting Job Summary:Our Business Rotational Internship Program offers a unique opportunity for students to gain exposure across multiple business functions including Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Internal Audit. This program is designed for curious, driven individuals who want to explore different career paths and build a strong foundation in corporate operations. Interns will rotate through various departments, working on impactful projects and learning from experienced professionals. The role is based in our Northbrook office and requires in-person attendance 4 days per week to maximize engagement and learning. Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
* Rotate through key business functions, contributing to department-specific projects
* Assist with financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting tasks
* Support tax and treasury teams with data preparation and compliance activities
* Participate in audit planning and execution
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges
* Present findings and recommendations to leadership

Preferred Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
* Strong interest in exploring multiple business disciplines
* Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in diverse teams
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to data tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) is a plus
