Within adidas, Workplaces creates and operates inspiring, sustainable environments that enable productivity and connection for adidas employees around the world. Our employees are at the center of everything we do - fromthe buildings we build and operate to the services we provide.
We lease, design, construct and deliverall non-retail adidas propertieswithin our Real Estate Portfolio - in offices, showrooms, and distribution centers. We also provide facility management and operational support, with a team of over 300 professionals representinga wide variety of disciplines.
In this role you will be responsible for two key functions: the management of Branding projects at North American Workplaces sites, and internal communications within adidas about Workplaces projects and initiatives.
Branding is a multifaceted element at the core of all adidas Workplaces that includes the design and installation of brand assets, messaging, brand campaigns, photography, illustrations, graphics, artwork, local elements, and product displays. These installations can take the form of signage, applied graphics, murals, framed art, and interact with construction elements like lighting, finish materials, color selections, and furniture.
WORKPLACES COMMUNICATIONS
In support of the wide variety of services provided by Workplaces, our Internal Communications engage and inform adidas employees and key stakeholders about our workflows and initiatives. From tactical communications regarding openings and closures of facilities and amenities, to informational postings about new policies or operational changes, Workplaces works with the Internal Communications team to ensure our employees are always engaged in the places they work.
Lead Workplaces Branding Projects - in concert with Design & Delivery and Branding Design vendors, develop scope and strategy for new Branding installations, either as standalone efforts or as a part of larger renovation or new site development projects. Assist in branding design management, vendor selection and purchase order requests, and installation oversight.
Catalog Branded Environments and Elements - in support of future Branding projects, develop and maintain documentation of successful Branded Environments and components (signage, logos, graphic elements, campaign elements, etc) that can guide future efforts or be easily reused/repurposed. Additionally, you will be responsible for orienting vendor partners within our NOVA library of approved visual assets for use in their concepts and designs.
Manage Internal Workplaces Communications - develop and implement a communications plan that highlights Workplaces workflows for key stakeholders and the larger adidas community. This should include tactical communications (site and amenity closures/openings, service changes, etc) as well as informational communications and storytelling (new policies/services, project updates, initiatives, change management, etc). Communications will include intranet and Teams postings, graphic communications and signage, emails, and short videos.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

- We officially returned to office in a hybrid work environment, working 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The working location of this position is Portland, Oregon.
