Product Specialist

About the Role:

Yardi is seeking a skilled Integration Product Specialist to
drive the expansion of Yardi EHR interoperability. In this role, you'll
support, design, and certify integrations with third-party pharmacies, Health
Information Exchanges (HIEs), and related platforms. You'll collaborate closely
with Yardi clients and Senior Living staff, providing technical guidance,
managing integration projects, and resolving escalations. If you're passionate
about healthcare technology and eager to develop expertise in Yardi's
Integration Management Console, Interface Engine, eMAR, EHR, and Senior Living

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define product
  requirements and ensure successful delivery of new features and enhancements
• Support the full product lifecycle-from strategic planning
  to tactical execution-ensuring alignment with business and client needs
• Serve as a key liaison between technical teams and clients,
  addressing escalated issues and gathering feedback to influence future
  development
• Facilitate product presentations, trainings, and demos for
  internal teams, clients, and prospects at events and trade shows
• Maintain comprehensive product documentation and contribute
  to internal and external communication regarding product updates and releases

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Four (4) years of industry or software experience
• Three (3) years of product development experience
• In-depth knowledge of product or industry specific best
  practices
• Some understanding of software lifecycle and systems
  application principles
• Understanding of technology trends and ability to apply
  understanding to product development
• Ability to meet stated customer-initiated deadlines
• Proven client-centered commitment and focus
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Ideal to Have:

• Exceptional ability to develop communications and facilitate
  presentations
• Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication
  skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Annual Salary Range: $72,800 - $81,900
