About the Role:

Are you passionate about technology, storytelling, and
solving complex business challenges? Yardi is seeking a dynamic Solutions
Consultant to support our Enterprise market, helping clients envision what's
possible through compelling Voyager product demonstrations and deep industry
insight. In this role, you'll be the bridge between innovation and
execution-collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing to deliver
value-driven solutions. If you thrive at the intersection of tech and

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver compelling, value-driven product demonstrations
    tailored to client needs within the Enterprise market segment
  • Support the Sales team with training, demo scripts, and
    resources to strengthen product knowledge and presentation skills
  • Provide strategic feedback to Product, Development, and
    Marketing teams based on market trends and client input
  • Manage CRM activity, participate in marketing events,
    complete ongoing product certifications, and meet annual performance goals

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, accounting, or
    related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • One plus (1+) years of successful software sales or presales
    experience, preferably with a Cloud ERP or solutions provider
  • Prior experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM)
    tools to track and manage prospect and client activity
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills
  • Understanding of sales strategies and consultative selling
    and relationship-building techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to build relationships with team members and clients
    of all levels
  • Strong influencing and communication skills
  • Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand and demonstrate technical products
  • Ability to manage a sales demonstration environment
  • High responsiveness with proven client-centered commitment
    and focus
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple
    tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Ideal to Have:

  • Yardi domain experience
  • Industry expertise in relevant industry (property
    management, senior housing)
  • Experience in Real Estate Operations or Real Estate
    Accounting

$100,000 - $105,000 base salary + commission target
