Corporate Development Alternative Structures Specialist, Lead

Key Role:

Drive alternative investment structures and business arrangements, including equity investments, joint ventures, strategic collaboration agreements, and co-development initiatives, with leading defense and commercial technology companies. Work closely with senior business and functional leaders and focus on identifying, negotiating, and managing collaborative opportunities that enhance innovation, accelerate go-to-market strategies, and expand capabilities across emerging technology domains. Utilize a strong understanding of the defense and government ecosystem, major commercial technology trends and players, and the operational, legal, and financial structures of complex business collaborations. Engage with dual-use technology, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, and cross-sector negotiation is critical to success

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or corporate development

• Experience structuring complex collaboration agreements or joint ventures

• Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination, including working with legal, finance, engineering, and executive teams

• Experience structuring complex problems and delivering insights and recommendations

• Ability to evaluate strategic fit of potential partners and drive initiatives from opportunity identification through execution and integration

• Ability to prioritize work streams appropriately and move among differing tasks quickly

• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or corporate development within defense, aerospace, or high-tech sectors

• Ability to synthesize large amounts of information, identify issues, and recommend solutions proactively

• Possession of excellent analytical and communication skills
