The team

You will be part of a collaborative IT and business transformation group that partners closely with stakeholders across the Medical, Life Sciences, and Manufacturing industries. The team is dedicated to designing scalable, innovative SAP solutions that enable efficiency, compliance, and long-term growth. Acting as trusted advisors, team members work at the intersection of business and technology to define the SAP roadmap and drive digital innovation.

The role

As an SAP Solution Architect, you will be the strategic link between business needs and technical solutions. You'll own the design, estimation, and oversight of SAP solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives while leveraging the latest SAP technologies.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Solution Estimation & Design: Lead solution estimation and develop high-level design documents for projects and enhancements.



  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor, facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and presenting solution options.



  • Innovation: Stay ahead of SAP advancements (e.g., S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP) and introduce opportunities for efficiency and business value.



  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the long-term SAP roadmap, covering architecture, integration patterns, and data governance.



  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive solution designs, specifications, and architectural diagrams.



  • Module Expertise: Act as SME in at least two SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, FICO, EWM, QM) and provide technical/functional guidance.



  • Industry Alignment: Apply deep industry knowledge to design compliant and tailored SAP solutions for Medical, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing.





What you'll bring



What You'll Bring


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.



  • 15+ years of SAP experience, including 3+ years in a Solution Architect or leadership role.



  • Expertise in at least two SAP core modules.



  • Proven experience in Medical, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing sectors.



  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and migration strategies.



  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.



  • Track record of delivering successful end-to-end projects.



  • Proficiency in clear, concise documentation and technical specifications.



  • SAP certifications (preferred).
