Job Overview As the Leader, Fragrance Counter Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of Fragrance colleagues while managing all aspects of the fragrance business. You are responsible for the overall performance and daily operations of Macy's fragrance counter. You lead by example - providing expert product knowledge, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving a high-energy selling culture. Through coaching and development, you empower your team to meet and exceed sales goals while creating memorable, scent-inspired experiences for every customer. You'll inspire teamwork to drive sales and elevate the customer experience by creating meaningful, long-lasting connections. With a strong focus on client development, you will cultivate a loyal customer base through outreach, follow-up, and consistent, personalized service. In this role, you'll partner closely with the Sales and Customer Experience Manager and collaborate with brand vendors to execute events, product launches, and promotional strategies that grow sales and build customer loyalty. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week.
