Test Engineer Job Responsibilities:
* Define test methods in accordance with specified requirements.
* Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to perform the following duties: plan, manage, prepare, and execute testing processes.
* Analyze test results and provide informed recommendations within respective technology areas.
* Prepare and manage fault reports derived from tests.
* Document results through published engineering reports (ER).
* Identify, drive, and maintain efficiency improvements related to NVH testing and analysis methods.

Test Engineer Job Qualifications:
* Minimum Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Engineering Degree, Master preferred
* 5+ years of NVH testing/analysis experience in the automotive industry required. Experience within Heavy Duty truck industry preferred.
* Techniques for Measuring and Analyzing NVH: Competence in utilizing methods and instruments to evaluate NVH, including examining frequency responses, pinpointing noise sources, and assessing sound quality from a subjective perspective. Siemens LMS data acquisition and analysis experience highly preferred.
* NVH Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to methodically detect NVH issues, ascertain root causes, and formulate effective resolutions.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in working with MS Office Applications for engineering report and presentations
* Experience working with cross-functional teams is necessary
