Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a strategic IT initiative focused on software capitalization. This role involves managing cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders across multiple platforms including SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and JIRA. * Lead planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. * Manage scope, change, resources, risks, issues, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. * Collaborate with resource managers to ensure capacity planning and resource availability. * Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communication across functional and technical teams. * Provide timely and accurate project status updates to sponsors and leadership. * Champion and contribute to continuous improvement of internal project management methodologies. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience managing projects involving SAP S/4HANA. Strong financial and accounting acumen. Ability to communicate effectively across technical and functional domains. Experience interfacing with diverse stakeholders and driving alignment. Familiarity with tools such as Ariba, Planview (PPM), and JIRA is a plus. Hybrid - Onsite presence required in Chicago, IL 4-Month Contract Open to W2 or C2C Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $95.00/hr.
