The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field that included an internship/practicum component
• Minimum 2 years' experience in mental/behavioral health, preferably with children and families
• Must be able to work a minimum of 15 hours/week
• Must be fluent in Spanish

Earn up to $32.00 per hour - this is a full time position

Position Details:

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to children and adolescent clients, supporting emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs in an outpatient setting
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track progress to ensure measurable clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and promote continuity of support
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with Pennsylvania regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies
• Assist with group therapy and intakes as needed
