Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: $19.75 per hour (with overtime opportunities).

Shift: First shift, 7 am - 4:30 PM (must be open to overtime during the week and weekends).

Employment Type: Temp-to-hire with the opportunity for permanent placement based on attendance and performance.

What You'll Do

• Operate machines to smooth or groove parts used in production.
• Perform assembly tasks as needed to support team and production goals.
• Safely lift and handle 7-8 lb parts repeatedly throughout the shift (approximately 100 times daily).
• Follow safety and quality procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
