As a Functional Test Engineer II, you'll apply your engineering expertise and creativity to design, develop, and verify test solutions for our products. Your work will directly ensure the highest quality and reliability of our products by creating robust and efficient test systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative test concepts and designs using the right tools and equipment.

• Perform thorough analysis and verification of test designs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from product conceptualization through to sustaining engineering.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, adhering to quality and change management procedures.

• Apply Lean Sigma principles to identify and eliminate waste, improving processes and contributing to a Lean culture.

About You:

We're looking for a highly motivated individual who understands the full product realization process (Conceptualize, Design, Commercialize, Manufacture, Fulfill, and Sustain). You should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have a strong commitment to continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in test design engineering or a related field.

• Proficiency in LabVIEW and TestStand.

• Experience with automated test systems, functional testing, and environmental testing.

• Solid understanding of Lean Sigma principles.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in a cross-discipline team environment.
