DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a CDL Field Auditor, you will be responsible for monitoring the performance of CDL third-party testers and examiners within a specific area using the CSTIMS application to identify a range of trends and patterns. You will conduct field audits to ensure compliance with applicable testing laws, regulations, and contract compliance, in addition to investigating customer complaints against testers and examiners, ensuring to take action as needed. Accuracy and precision are key, as you will be preparing and submitting audit reports for each completed audit to include any actions taken or recommendations for additional actions needed to the CDL Third Party Compliance Manager. Within this role, it is essential to maintain an extensive working knowledge of all state and federal rules and regulations regarding CDL testing.

- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Occasional travel and weekend work may be required.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor's degree; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
- You must possess a class A Pennsylvania Commercial Driver's License with N and P endorsements and E, L, N, O or Z restrictions removed.
- You must be able to transfer your current out of state CDL to a Class A Pennsylvania Commercial Driver's License with N and P endorsements and E, L, N, O, or Z restrictions removed before first day of employment.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
- Working knowledge of all state and federal rules and regulations regarding CDL testing
- Experience conducting field audits to ensure compliance with applicable testing laws/regulations and contract compliance
