Clinical Practice Manager - Chillicothe Pediatrics

Typical schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p.

Preferred experience: leadership and budget management.

Essential Functions:

• Assists patients to move rapidly, uneventfully, safely, and as effectively as possible through their episode of care.
• Assesses, delegates, supervises, and provides patient care, plans for education, collaborates on plan for discharge, and provides for patient safety and quality.
• Demonstrates clinical competency, providing age-appropriate care to patients from the age of birth through 21 years, and select adult patients.
• Supervises clinical operations, planning, evaluating, and controlling program services, and ensures that internal and external standards are met. May be assigned to one (1) or more Community Practices which may include multiple locations.
• Recruits, hires, terminates, and trains both clinical and registration personnel as required to assure efficient and effective office workflow, according to office policy.
• Oversees the business and financial affairs of the Community Practice and fiscal management including accounting, budgeting, internal controls, and timely reporting.

Education Requirement:

• Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited school, required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred. If ADN, must successfully complete BSN within 5 years of start date.

Licensure Requirement:

• LPN or RN license, required.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of auto insurance as required by hospital policy. Must pass motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications, and training set forth by Nationwide Children's Hospital and maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.
