Work Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Overtime available but not mandatory

Assignment Details

6-month contract with potential for extension

Pay rate: $24/hour

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative supports call center operations by performing a high volume of outbound calls, following defined scripts, and accurately documenting all interactions and results. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have previous call center or customer service experience and demonstrate proficiency with basic computer and administrative tools.

Job Responsibilities




  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls according to established scripts and guidelines



  • Accurately document all call outcomes and maintain organized records of customer interactions



  • Collect and verify data to ensure information accuracy and completeness



  • Provide courteous and professional customer service while adhering to quality and compliance standards



  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently, including data entry and administrative follow-up



  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and other software tools for tracking, reporting, and communication



  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance goals and call volume targets




Job Requirements




  • High school diploma or equivalent required



  • Previous call center or high-volume outbound calling experience preferred



  • Strong customer service and communication skills



  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications



  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and documentation



  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a structured environment



  • Reliable attendance and professionalism




Preferred Knowledge and Skills




  • Experience with CRM or call management software



  • Administrative or data entry experience in a customer-focused setting
