This is a benefited, part time position (40 hours per two week pay period) with day shifts, primarily 9am-1pm, Monday through Friday, at Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista. Why join this team? The Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) Lead will serve as the liaison between our lab and non-lab personnel conducting point of care testing. The CLS Lead will provide excellent customer service to our healthcare providers and will serve as a resource for our nurses and physicians at Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista for trouble shooting and problem solving. To be successful, the CLS Lead will have excellent communication skills and experience with working with interdisciplinary teams. The CLS Lead will be responsible for point of care testing compliance, serving as the point of contact for inspections. The following are not eligible for hiring incentives:
