POSITION SUMMARY This is an on-site hybrid role based out of either Rosemont, IL or Milwaukee, WI. Reporting to the Director, Category Management and Strategic Transformation, this person will be a critical leader responsible for the development and implementation of Strategic Sourcing Projects across all Regal Rexnord business segments of Regal Rexnord's global spend of ~$3.2B. The Center of Excellence (COE) Manager will lead Supply Chain initiatives in sourcing and supplier management, driving process improvements and standardization. Collaborating with global supply chain teams and leadership, this role develops strategic plans, supports projects to meet performance goals, and ensures compliance with policies that reduce supplier risk across Regal Rexnord.
