Customer Service Representative

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
• Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Accurately input and verify customer orders, pricing, and shipping details using NetSuite ERP
• Process and track EDI and e-commerce orders through platforms like Commerce Hub and True Commerce
• Communicate with customers on order acknowledgments, updates, and account details
• Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve inquiries quickly
• Support outside sales reps and agency partners with samples, pricing, and order details
• Maintain records in CRM systems and participate in cross-training opportunities
• Collaborate with operations, shipping, and marketing teams to deliver top-notch service
• Promote new products and upsell when opportunities arise

What You Bring

• 2+ years of professional office customer service experience
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite, Commerce Hub, Traction Manager preferred)
• Hands-on experience with EDI transactions and e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Menards, Lowe's, etc.)
• High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• A reliable, team-oriented attitude with a steady work history
