Staffmark is hiring a Customer Care Support Specialist to assist online students via phone, email, and chat with financial services, technical support, registration, and course materials, ensuring a positive, student-focused experience while following university policies.

Pay & Schedule



  • Pay: $18/hr
  • Shift: Various (flexible schedule; may include weekends/evenings)



Responsibilities:



  • Provide support to students via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions across departments.
  • Escalate complex concerns as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with FERPA and confidentiality policies.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance student satisfaction and success.



Requirements:



  • 3+ years in customer service, technical support, or related field.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and multiple databases/platforms.
  • Ability to build rapport with diverse students.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with online learning technology a plus.
