Production Associate

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | 2-2-3 Rotating Shift

Pay: $14.00/hr

As a Production Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting the production and packaging process. You'll be responsible for monitoring product as it moves along the conveyor, folding and boxing items as needed, and completing repackaging tasks when required. This includes transferring product into new boxes and returning it to the line. You will also operate automated packaging equipment by loading cases and cartons, as well as perform lockout/tagout procedures when clearing jams. The role requires strong coordination skills to keep the line running smoothly and prevent backups in this fast-paced environment.

Skills & Physical Requirements:

This is a hands-on position requiring constant use of your hands, wrists, and fingers for repetitive tasks. Associates should be able to lift up to 20 lbs. on occasion, stand for long shifts, and maintain focus while working at a steady pace. Attention to detail and safety awareness are essential for success.
