Customer Care Agent - Join a Team That Puts People First!

This is more than just answering calls; you'll be the voice of our client's company, building relationships, solving problems, and making sure every customer feels valued. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to go the extra mile, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Pay: $17/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism.
  • Solve customer problems with creativity, speed, and care-ensuring satisfaction every time.
  • Handle complaints and turn challenges into opportunities for outstanding service.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized customer records and files.
  • Partner with your team and leadership on projects and process improvements.
  • Ensure customer information, requests, and account updates are entered with precision.




Qualifications:



  • 1+ year of customer service experience (bonus if it's in a fast-paced or service-driven industry).
  • Excellent communication skills, via phone and in writing.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills (typing 45-55 wpm with accuracy and 10-key by touch preferred).
  • A positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt quickly.
