Maintenance Technician

Staffmark is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Russellville, AR, on behalf of a top-tier client-a leading manufacturer of specialty flat-rolled aluminum products trusted across consumer and commercial markets. Keep reading to learn more about how to apply today!

Pay: $30.62 - $35.43/hr

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM | Rotating schedule

What You'll Do:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and support safety initiatives (e.g., JSAs).

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in automation, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to interpret complex technical documentation.
