Keep the freight moving! Staffmark is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to join a fast-paced, high-energy team in Winchester, KY. This is your chance to grow your logistics career with a company that values work/life balance, promotes from within, and provides paid insurance upon hire.

Pay: $17.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Respond to gate calls from drivers and schedule shipping/receiving appointments
  • Enter orders into 3PL systems and create Bills of Lading (BOLs)
  • Schedule carrier pickups and send shipping confirmations
  • Process incoming deliveries, including packing lists and label creation
  • Manage sign-in/sign-out at the shipping and receiving window
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory tracking



Qualifications:



  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, self-managing, and able to prioritize effectively
  • Basic math skills and reliable attendance
