Acts as guide and facilitator for programs for the Destination Marvin Experience.
• Ability to welcome, engage and make a connection with each incoming group.
• Deliver learning solutions across a variety of topics and subject matter areas including product information, manufacturing process, Marvin systems and Marvin history.
• Ability to show and tell the story - "Why Marvin" and discuss Marvin's unique products and services.
• Delivery of learning solutions across a variety of topics and subject matter areas.
• Establish credibility with the audience by knowing the content area, providing relevant examples, and linking the material to the audience's job experiences and challenges.
• Skillfully make the connection between learning objectives and line of business goals in the classroom.
• Present information in a clear, logical, and organized way; knows which points to emphasize to increase learning.
• Actively seek evidence of audience engagement and comprehension, tailoring the training to meet differing needs, interests, and experience levels among participants.
• Delivers tours and experiences to participants on a variety of topics.
• Provides feedback on content and solutions based on interactions with learners.
• Understands business strategy & how learning enables business success.
• Collaborates with other learning facilitators for delivery of training outside of the Marvin Warroad Experience
• Establishes metrics and benchmarks to assess the effectiveness of training and provide insight to management.
• Identifies ways to foster collaborative learning environments and grow the organization's learning presence.
• Fosters positive interdepartmental relationships while supporting their needs for education, delivery, and knowledge.
• Stays current on learning and development trends to increase effectiveness of programs and retention of knowledge.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Experience facilitating and presenting to groups of varying sizes and skill levels
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as trainer/facilitator/public speaker
• Related professional certification or designation is an asset

• Expert in learning facilitation across all modalities including group discussion, live classroom, and virtual classroom training.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment on cross functional projects that dive measurable and sustained business impact.
• Ability to learn quickly and retain information on a continual basis.
• Superior relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and partner well with others in order to build strong and trusting relationships.
• Proven ability to communicate ideas and insights in person, virtually, and in writing, succinctly and with impact, understanding what is relevant vs. what is "noise" to the audience.
