Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Field Service Administrator to provide administrative support to the Sales team from the process of quoting PSA agreements to the receipt of purchase orders.

Key Job Responsibilities:



  • Quote service renewal agreements and applicable multi-year agreements.
  • Quote service agreements with product coming off of warranty on small scope projects.
  • Send quotes to customers.
  • Follow-up and work with customers in the resolution of all issues/ requirements in order to get the purchase order.
  • Review all service agreements from Territory Managers.
  • Manage, track and publish PSA quoting spreadsheet.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years' experience in scheduling or call center support.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in written format, multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage commitments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Oracle is a plus.
