About the Job

As an Associate, Business Operations, you will drive operational excellence and support seamless collaboration across departments. This role will oversee day-to-day business operations, project management, and resource management to ensure efficient delivery of end-to-end marketing. By joining our team, you'll play a key role in shaping our operational practices and driving consistency across the organization.

Day in the Life:

  • Ensure organization-wide file management and share drive navigation for accessibility, audit compliance, and seamless collaboration.
  • Coordinate with finance teams and vendors to manage purchase orders, invoicing, and financial transactions.
  • Foster strong relationships with shared service teams to ensure efficient and accurate non-media transactions.
  • Support data gathering and analysis through surveys, reporting, and custom views to inform decision-making.
  • Analyze and optimize internal operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Manage training, user access, and documentation for internal and external tools, systems, and processes.

What you will need:

  • Strong operational expertise with the ability to support large-scale initiatives and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field of study & 1-2 years of Business operations, change management, and program/project management within an agency or consulting setting is required
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a structured and analytical approach, able to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality, with a results-oriented mindset and dedication to partner satisfaction.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new technologies, operations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in business, reporting, and project management tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Project.

Salary

$60,000 - $75,000 annually.
