Accounts Payable

Frank's Supply Company is a major supplier of construction tools and equipment with our focus on both sales and rental. We are currently seeking an ACCOUNTS PAYABLE person for our Albuquerque location.

OBJECTIVE:

This position assures accurate recording and timely payment of vendor invoices as well as maintaining good relations with our vendors and suppliers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Prints and obtains signatures on all accounts payable checks.
• Distributes signed checks as required
• Answers all vendor inquiries.
• Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files.
• Assists in monthly closings.
• Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.

• 5 plus years experience in accounts payable
• Excellent communication, organizational and phone skills
• Good math and computer skills
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Good reading and comprehension skills
