Warehouse Trainer

Location: Bear, DE
Department: Warehouse
Reports To: Warehouse Manager
Wage Range: $27.00 - $29.00/hour

Provide hands-on leadership in the warehouse by training, monitoring, and evaluating assigned personnel. Record keeping of all training records. Frequent participation in loading, unloading, picking and receiving.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Safely and efficiently utilize warehouse material handling equipment
* Train assigned personnel to accurately and consistently use warehouse management systems
* Train assigned personnel in safe and efficient use of material handling equipment and supplies
* Serve as a coach and mentor; Smile a lot; Be a good co-worker; Inspire others
* Lead continuous improvement efforts by using lean tools to eliminate in all areas of the position
* Other duties as assigned

YOU MUST HAVE
* Strong organization skills
* Strong communication skills
* Experience on counter balance and reach trucks

YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
* Prior experience in an environment that promotes safety
* Leadership experience
