Our entertainment client is looking for a forward-thinking Social Media Strategist to help shape the voice, presence, and impact of the brand.
This is an ongoing assignment in Beverly Hills with a hybrid schedule, requiring 25-35 hours/week. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop high-level social media strategy across multiple platforms (with a focus on TikTok and Instagram) to reach and engage target audiences. - Translate data and analytics into action: turn performance metrics, cultural trends, and audience insights into creative strategies that drive growth. - Create digestible, engaging narratives from complex information, making content accessible, relevant, and shareable. - Collaborate with creative, brand, and production teams to ensure content aligns with overall brand goals and resonates in the fast-moving entertainment space. - Identify and capitalize on trends in real time, balancing brand voice with audience-first storytelling. - Guide content experimentation and recommend best practices to continually refine performance and reach. REQUIREMENTS: - A strategic thinker with proven experience building impactful social strategies for entertainment, media, or lifestyle brands. - Deep understanding of Gen Z culture, TikTok-native storytelling, and short-form content trends. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn numbers and reports into clear creative direction. - Exceptional communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex ideas. - Comfortable working at both high-level strategy and hands-on execution when needed. The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $65-70 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
